I’m a Type A, OCD-diagnosed perfectionist—and a hopeless romantic! The perfect recipe for a wedding planner, don’t you think? As an Enneagram 2, I’m passionate about helping others, and my love for all things weddings! I am a master at multi tasting and love watching all the details come together on the wedding day!
I am a boy mom to the most amazing and monster truck loving toddler! You can catch me at almost every wedding getting teary eyed watching the mother and son dance. It truly gets me every time! If I'm not at a wedding or wedding planning you can find me soaking up all the cuddles or spending time with my little man! I have 2 cats and have a little home on my parents property in Stafford, Va.
Since 2018, I’ve coordinated and planned over 300 weddings, starting as an event manager at a downtown Fredericksburg venue and interning for a local planner. I’ve done it all—venue managing, coordinating, bartending, even catering, photography, videography, and rental sales—to gain the hands-on experience needed to create seamless, unforgettable weddings!

Hi, I’m one of the lead coordinators for Madi Leigh Events, and I am so excited to be part of your wedding day. I currently live in Stafford, Virginia with my husband, our one year old son, two cats, and our golden retriever pup. As someone who has planned my own wedding, I truly understand how overwhelming the planning process can feel, and it means so much to me to help couples feel supported, calm, and excited as their big day approaches.
I am attentive, creative, and very detail oriented. I love a good list, thoughtful planning, and making sure no detail is overlooked. Seeing all of the little pieces come together and watching a couple’s vision come to life is one of my favorite parts of this job. I take so much pride in being someone couples can trust to keep things running smoothly so they can fully enjoy every moment.
Working alongside Madi is especially meaningful to me, not only because we make a great team, but because she is truly my best friend. When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family, traveling, or snuggled up on the couch and soaking in the slower moments of life!

Lead and ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
I’m Riley, and I am so excited to be a lead and assistant coordinator here. I absolutely love wedding days and everything that happens behind the scenes to make them feel seamless, joyful, and stress free. I’m very detail oriented, thrive in fast paced environments, and genuinely enjoy keeping timelines, logistics, and all the little moving pieces running smoothly.
By day, I’m an elementary school teacher, which means patience, organization, and a positive attitude are second nature to me. I love working with people, staying upbeat, and bringing calm, happy energy wherever I go. I live in Richmond, graduated from CNU, and am married to the love of my life. I’m also a proud dog mom to the sweetest pug who brings so much joy to my everyday life.
Working alongside Madi is extra special to me since we’ve been friends since our freshman year on the varsity cheer team. Getting to build something meaningful together after all these years feels incredibly full circle. I cannot wait to support our couples and help create wedding days that feel effortless, fun, and truly unforgettable.

Hi, I’m Cydney. Madi and I have been childhood friends, and working alongside her now truly feels like a full circle moment, especially since she planned my wedding back in 2019. I’m married to my husband, a proud dog mom to Sammy, and I love staying active and working out.
I serve as an assistant coordinator and help Madi with both behind the scenes admin management and wedding day support. From organizing details and keeping things running smoothly to jumping in wherever help is needed, I love being part of the process that brings each wedding together. Supporting Madi and helping create seamless, meaningful days for our couples is something I genuinely enjoy and take a lot of pride in.

Hi! My name is Felicity, and I’m so excited to be the newest member of the Madi Leigh Events team. I live in Nokesville, Virginia with my family. When I’m not working, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, spending time outside, or enjoying quiet moments in nature.
I’ve had a love for the wedding industry since I was in high school and have always enjoyed helping family and friends with their weddings. I truly love organizing, decorating, doing hair and makeup, and paying attention to all the little details that help bring a wedding day to life.
With a background in the service industry over the past two years, I understand how busy and emotional wedding days can be. My hope is to be a calming, steady presence and a source of joyful support for couples, helping the day feel as smooth and stress free as possible. I’m so grateful to be part of this team and can’t wait to work with you.
