Meet The Team
Madi Edwards
Owner, Lead Coordinator, Planner, & Designer
Madi Edwards was born and raised in Stafford, VA but fell in love with historic downtown Fredericksburg at a young age. From the beautiful sunsets on the Rappahannock River, to the busy streets full of shops and restaurants, she knew this was a place she felt the most at home.
After graduating high school early, she moved to Hawaii then Colorado but not soon after, returned home to Fredericksburg to begin college. Shortly after, she meet the man of her dreams, Keegan, who helped build her confidence and encouraged her to follow her passion. Madi then started working under another planner to gain experience in the wedding industry. Soon enough, she realized that she wanted to start her own business. Thus, Wedding Lily Events was born.
When she’s not planning client’s weddings, Madi loves to spend as much time as possible with her friends, family, and her pup, Jack. You can usually find her in a coffeeshop downtown enjoying a chai tea latte or shopping at her favorite local stores.
Terri Campbell
Lead Coordinator
Terri Campbell was born and raised in Virginia and has lived in the Fredericksburg area for the past 25 years. She is one of our lead coordinators at Wedding Lily Events and has over 20+ years of experience in corporate event and meeting planning. She enjoys using her love of lists and attention to detail skills to help you organize and pull off your perfect day!
Terri is married, has two grown daughters and an assortment of pets (dogs, cats and horses). In her spare time she enjoys taking her dogs to wineries, hikes and sheepherding events. You may even see her eating outside in downtown Fredericksburg with one her pups
Hannah Loftis
Assistant Coordinator & Calligrapher
Hannah is an Assistant Wedding Coordinator and the Calligrapher at Wedding Lily Events. In addition to helping Madi make the magic happen behind the scenes, she creates custom, hand lettered signage for your day. She always enjoys building genuine relationships with people from all walks of life. With a background in the hospitality industry, she strives to create a day where you will be truly present. Hannah lives in Richmond, Virginia with her fiancé. She is a lover of the outdoors, cold weather, traveling and a strong cocktail.
Carly Grecco
Assistant Coordinator
Carly is a second-semester senior at University of Mary Washington. She is currently finishing her Bachelors Degree in Communications and Digital Studies, but she fell in love with events and planning while studying hospitality and event management abroad. She loves a busy schedule, and helping out wherever is needed. Studying event design, production, and working at jobs involving customer service and organization since the age of 15, has helped her specialize in executing the tiny details. She loves to assist with all of the parts, small or big, that make up the couple’s special day.
Brandy Jones
Social Media Manager
Brandy Jones is the Social Media Curator for Wedding Lily Events. You can always find her with a coffee in hand in the am and a glass of wine pm. She is passionate about helping Small Business owners shine a little brighter through their social media accounts. You can just call her the caption queen. Brandy lives in Fredericksburg, VA with her husband and family of five!
