This is a meeting agenda laid out for your convenience! It will help keep us all on track and make sure we are all prepared for our meetings ahead of time!

Initial Zoom Meeting 

-Overall Vision and Idea Development 
-Discuss Budget and Headcount
-Vendor Recommendations
-Ceremony start time, Timeline and Rain Plan 
-Review: Timeline Template based on the ceremony start time on Aisle Planner
-Go over how to use Aisle Planner
-Discuss Expectations 

 Month Out Zoom Meeting

3 Month Out Email

-Check in to see if you need to added on any services
-Confirm + go over items on “Chao's Coordination Checklist"
-First Draft of Timeline + Floor Plan due

MLE allots hour of time for the first inital meeting.

-Finalize Floor plan + layout
-Finalize timeline 
-Review all items from Event Management Checklist Due

Please fill out all items on the “Chaos Coordination Checklist" prior to scheduling your month out meeting. MLE allots one hour of time for the final month out meeting. Your venue manager and catering lead are invited to attend.

MLE allots 30 mins of time for this phone call.

1-3 month out Final Venue Walktough

MLE allots an hour for the final venue walkthrough.  Please schedule this with your venue and feel free to invite any vendors that need to see the space before your wedding.

-Check in to see if you need to add on any services or rental items
-Work on timeline + floor plan
-Fill out venue walkthrough worksheet
-Go over all in the Details worksheet 


2 Week out Email

-Finalize all items on Event Management Checklist
-Finalize vendor headcount
-Final headcount due
-Go over vendors for vender correspondence
-Discuss day of expectations
